Basic sends reminders, payment links, receipts, and status updates over email only. Pro adds WhatsApp on top of email — customers get reminders and can pay via WhatsApp or email, and every message is logged for both channels. All dashboard, payments, transactions, manual entries, admin approvals, bank details, arrears, and logs are identical in both plans.
You're billed for the active customers in your workspace each billing cycle. For example, 100 customers on Basic Monthly costs Rs 1,000/month, while the same 100 customers on Pro Monthly costs Rs 3,000/month.
Yearly plans are billed once a year and give you 10% off the monthly rate — Basic works out to Rs 108/customer/year and Pro to Rs 324/customer/year. Yearly plans include up to 1,000 customers; anything beyond that is billed at the same per-customer rate.
No. There are zero setup fees, zero onboarding fees, and no hidden costs. You only pay the advertised per-customer rate for the plan and billing cycle you choose.
Yes. There's no lock-in contract or cancellation penalty. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
