Welcome to FeesDay. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform, website, automated messaging services, and multi-business dashboard engines.
1. Scope of Service & Platform Purpose
FeesDay provides merchants, companies, and institutions with a comprehensive billing automation toolkit. This includes multi-business control, bulk spreadsheet uploads, automated email notification tracking, and WhatsApp utility relays on the Pro plan.
2. Account Registration & Data Responsibility
You retain complete ownership and legal accountability over all information uploaded using our bulk configuration layouts. You represent and warrant that you possess all legal rights to initiate collection reminders targeting your specific customer base.
3. Subscription Tiers & Per-Customer Billing
- Basic Plan: Rs. 10 per active customer per month. Includes automated email reminders, payment links, receipts and the full admin workflow.
- Pro Plan: Rs. 30 per active customer per month. Includes everything in Basic, plus WhatsApp reminders and payment links.
- Annual Billing: Yearly plans are billed once per year with a 10% discount — Rs. 108 per customer per year on Basic and Rs. 324 per customer per year on Pro.
- Active Customers Only: You are billed for the customers active in your workspace in each billing cycle. There are no setup fees. If a customer is provisioned mid-month, charging begins from the next billing cycle.
4. Messaging, WhatsApp Opt-In & Delivery Rules
Automated messages sent through WhatsApp are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's messaging policies. By enabling WhatsApp on your workspace (Pro plan), you confirm that you have obtained valid opt-in consent from each recipient before requesting that FeesDay send them WhatsApp messages.
FeesDay records an opt-in status for each customer and only sends customer-facing WhatsApp reminders where that recipient has opted in. Recipients can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, and will thereafter be reached by email only. You agree not to upload or message contact numbers you do not have permission to contact.
You strictly agree not to deploy FeesDay for marketing spam, prohibited products, or predatory messaging. We retain authority to suspend automated pathways violating messaging operator parameters.
5. Platform Availability & Liability Limits
FeesDay is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not legally accountable for network latency, delivery delays from third-party communication utilities, or transactional disruptions.
6. Changes to This Legal Agreement
We reserve authorization to modify these guidelines at any point. Continued interaction after updates indicates acceptance of the revised text.
